Local Whisper recognises short recordings only (up to 75 seconds in this pilot). Longer meetings can still be recorded and exported; bring in a transcript from a separate recorder for the report.

First use downloads a speech model; it may be slow on some devices. Original audio remains available even if transcription fails.
